Once you have chosen a research paper topic for your future academic masterpiece, it is necessary to choose a research paper style, which is one of the most important issues in research paper writing. Basically, various academic styles are used to meet scholar demands and requirements in terms of conducting a research activity.
An APA format citation is an APA format in-text citation. These are found within your paper, anytime a quote or paraphrase is included. They usually only include the name of the author and the date the source was published. Here’s an example of one: Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is even discussed in the book, The Emperor of Any Place.
Formatting References. At the end of your paper you will have a reference list which includes all items cited in the paper. The reference list is alphabetical, and should be either in APA bibliographic style, or in a style used by a scholarly scientific journal (e.g., Geological Society of America style).
